Information you give us (Provided directly)

  • Contact details: name, company, email address, phone number, mailing address
  • Project information: short descriptions, requirements, files or attachments you upload, project budgets, timelines
  • Billing/payment info: payment method details and billing address (we do not store full card numbers — card data is collected by our payment processors)
  • Communications: any messages, attachments and notes from calls or chats

Automatic / Technical data (collected when you use our site)

  • Device and browser information: browser type/version, operating system, device type
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, IP address, referral source
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies: see "Cookies & Tracking" below

IP address via ipapi (explicit)

When you submit the website contact form, we collect your IP address and related geolocation metadata by querying ipapi, a third-party geolocation provider. ipapi returns data such as approximate geolocation (country, region, city), timezone, and ISP. We store the IP and ipapi response together with your form submission. We use this information for fraud prevention, basic geolocation (to understand geographic interest), spam prevention, and diagnostics.
